    These guys are not cheaper, you're paying extra for services that they wont offer. I got an agent for the fact that if anything goes wrong they'll fix the issue. They didnt do that and are exceptionally unprofessional.

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very unprofessional, unhelpful. They stuffed my booking and gave me 1 hr for transfer between flights. Got off the plane and had 45 min to get to another terminal by bus, and I was late even though I ran and did my best to make it on time. Incurred hundreds in extra fees for another flight (had to take 2 extra flights to make to destination), airlines couldnt help as it was done through agent. When I tried to get money back they literally said they will not do anything as its an airline issue, and the airline refuses to do anything as they keep putting it back to the agents.

    Buy tickets from airlines....these are a dying breed and will die out like video rental stores.
