  I also requested that he leave a report so I could give it to the homeowners, as I was just house sitting. He did not leave a report at the time, but emailed me his reason for the lock replacement later that night after I contacted him to remind him.

  Kevin was a nice guy, and came around within half an hour which was great. I was charged $135 for the lock to be picked, which seemed similarly priced to other locksmiths in the area.

  Other than these few oversights there were no major issues with the quality of the service from the company. The new lock is working very well.

  He opened the lock fine, however the cylinder began spinning during the service. He did not address this at the time, however I called him back out the next day as the cylinder was now spinning when I attempted to use the lock. He informed me that the cylinder was worn from cheaply cut keys, and unfortunately the condition had become worse after the lock was picked. I trusted his judgement on that, and paid $60 for a replacement lock. I do wish he had addressed that issue when it occurred on his first call out however.

  I was locked out of my car, called up and got service straight away. Really helpful and help me get my keys out of my car. Definitely would call again.
